Chat widget problems

We have a problem with the Chat widget.


When external user "A" have a active chat session using the web widget with a Lync user and external user "B" tries to start a chat with the same Lync user, External user "A" is instantly dissconnected and recives the following Message «Sorry, this user is no longer available for chat. You can send an email or place a call instead.» and external user "B" takes over the chat session.

We have tested this on two diffrent setups with the same result.

Could this be something I have setup wrong or is this "by design"?
